Only lots 1 thru 6 are available at this time for $15.00 a sq m2 they are located on a public road.  We will be  increasing the  price from $15 to $20  a sq m2 after lots 1 thru 6 are sold. Lots 13 thru 16 will be for sale after roads are in. You may reserve lots 13 thru 16 with a deposit at 50% down.

We will keep Lot 19 as a park and plant native fruit trees, such as Bananas, Mangos and Papayas, that attract wild life.
