In Costa Rica there is jobsite insurance. This type of insurance is similar to Workman’s Compensation in the States and Canada. This insurance is required by the Municipality in order to obtain building permits. Additionally, our company purchases Private Insurance for each worker and his family to use in the Public Health Care System. Our company ensures we meet all the workers rights standards.
