I have been serving the construction industry since 1976 and received
my general contractors license in 1990. My experience in construction
for the last 35 years started out building barns, until one wise
man asked if that barn could be turned into a house; that began
my future in small homes and cabins, and it's history from there.
Post and beam to cement block; Water wells to septic systems; I
have work for others as well as been in my own business for the
major part of my career. I am also a retired Vietnam Veteran from
the Marine Corps, where I served from 1968 to 1970. Semper Fi.
My choice to move with my wife and children to Costa Rica
has been a very rewarding experience beyond my expectations. We
have lived in the Providence of Guanacaste on the Pacific Coast
for 7 years. We arrived like Pioneers with no water and no Electricity
to build our home. We knew that we where here at the beginning of
the big boom which it is still in its baby stages. Relocating like
our for fathers did moving with only a few special items in our
back packs to another part of the world for a better future for
our children. By doing this it has made our children worldly. It
has been the most rewarding feeling I could of ever imagined.
This is a place which offers a wide range of opportunities and
the sky is the limit. So I have put together a web site with all
my years and knowledge to help your experience be Pura Vida (pure
life) as the locals say.
My up most regards,
Steve
